West 5th Street and Bent Ave

A corner lot purchased in 2024, we will be building 4 units on the cozy south side lot.  We are excited to see other new developments going up in the area that will compliment ours nicely.  Our tentative plan is to break ground Fall 2026.

Magic Meadows

This is a unique partnership with Magic City Enterprises.  We are planning on building 12 units off of Ridge and Charles on a lot owned by Magic City.  Magic City has been working towards a more independent style of living for their clients and loved the idea of creating a mixed neighborhood where their clients could be fully integrated as community members.  Habitat quickly jumped on board, excited about building a vibrant community with another nonprofit.
