2022 - Advocated for the creation of the Unmet Housing Needs Fund- $5 million of ARPA funds and $5 million in State general funds for affordable housing infrastructure
2023 - State Land Investment Board awarded $3 million of ARPA funds from Unmet Housing Needs fund for workforce/affordable housing: City of Jackson received $1.2million for 48 apartment units. City of Cheyenne received $1.8million for 12 affordable homeownership opportunities.
2024 - Advocated to expand usage of Unmet Housing Needs funds to include Land Acquisition
