The application period for home-ownership typically occurs annually in the fall.  Applications must be picked up in person from either Dan Dorsch, Executive Director, or his assistant Pat McIlwain.  Applicants are required to provide information to verify employment, income, and credit rating.  Additionally, applicants are asked to provide letters of support and a description of their current housing situation.

Our family selection committee will then conduct home visits to applicant families.

​

Final selection occurs when the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions of Habitat home-ownership.
