On Sundays we start at 12pm and finish at 5pm.
What if the weather is really bad?

If construction sites are closed due to inclement weather and/or road conditions you will be notified by a Habitat staff member via e-mail. To join our volunteer e-mail list click here. If you are volunteering with a group, the group leader will be contacted. You may also call the Habitat Office at 307-637-8067 for site status updates. Given our climate conditions can change in a matter of minutes, so please be patient. Please volunteer at your own discretion and just leave us a message if you need to cancel. Your safety is our number one priority.
How will I know what to do?

The site supervisor will present the tasks for the day and ask for volunteers for each task.  Your site supervisor and/or Team Leader will ensure that you have the necessary materials and supervision to accomplish the task.
What if I don't know how to do my assignment?

The site supervisor will answer any questions that you may have.
What if a particular assignment or task is something I am not able to do or am fearful of?

Please feel free to speak up.  We do not want you to attempt any task that you find uncomfortable, such as working on scaffolding or using power tools.  We also don't want you doing something that could aggravate an injury, such as lifting heavy objects.  Let the site supervisor know about your limitations.
What about lunch?

We provide refreshments on both Saturdays and Sundays. We provide donated lunch to all volunteers on Saturdays only. Our builds on Sundays start at noon, so you should eat lunch prior to joining us on the build site.

I can't really swing a hammer that well, what else can I do?
